Marvellous and perfect location for our visit to The Museum of Kyoto relatively close to the hotel.

The room was great-sized, for value. Shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet were available there.

Gorgeous hotel, fairly clean, really kind and very-very nice staff. Cheap, neat rooms with its own smart phone. Great and perfect location of the property, adjacent to supermarket and 二條castle and bus links close by to get to Kyoto station. Also, right next to a covered market.

The hotel had a central location and it was near Yasaka Shrine Gokusha. Besides, we were near restaurants and bars.

This hotel is great value for money. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I loved that there was a washing machine and dryer available for guests to use free of charge.

Everything was great, including very kind staff. The location was great and absolutely perfect, relatively close to The Museum of Kyoto. This hotel was located in a very quiet area. It had small restaurant around for meal.

Hotel was excellent modern, I greatly enjoyed the stay.

The atmosphere created was quiet. Beautifully presented and brand-new room with a good sized bed, washing machines and a standard daily towel change, the staff was helpful, whenever I needed help.

The hotel offered a free shuttle service from the main train station, which was really convenient for check-in. The location was also great, with train stations and eateries just a short walk away. the hotel provided a free self-laundry service, which was a nice bonus.

Our room felt a little dusty and we didn't have any housekeeping service during our two-night stay. It would have been nice to have the room cleaned.

The location was handy and decent - near restaurants and bars. I loved that it is set near a bus stop.

Facilities were good, though Wi-Fi was very poor.

It was in a central setting in a residential area. The staff were EFFICIENT and excellent.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood but still close enough to transportation and small markets. The rooms are modern, clean, and come with great amenities like a smartphone for out-and-about. The keyless door entry and free laundry are fantastic perks. the staff is very helpful and friendly.
